Ingredients
- 1 cup cornflake crumbs
- 3/4 cup (3oz) grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds fish fillets
- 2 large eggs..slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
How To Make baked parmesan fillets

Step 1Combine crumbs,cheese & salt. Combine eggs and milk. Dip fillets in egg mixture then coat with crumb mixture. Place in a greased 13"x9" baking pan.

Step 2Bake at 450 in a preheated oven for 20 minutes,or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
