Ingredients

  • 6 - 8 oz. flounder filets (3lbs.)
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons seafood seasoning
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

How To Make baked flounder

  • Step 1
    Butter the botton of 6 tin pie plates, or you can put these on a large cookie pan. Lay 8oz. flounder in the pan sprinkle with the seafood seasoning.
  • Step 2
    Slice the tomatoes and put 3 slices on top of the fish,then sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for 8-10 minutes at 350*
