How to Make Baked Flounder


  1. Butter the botton of 6 tin pie plates, or you can put these on a large cookie pan. Lay 8oz. flounder in the pan sprinkle with the seafood seasoning.
  2. Slice the tomatoes and put 3 slices on top of the fish,then sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for
    8-10 minutes at 350*
