ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS !!!!!! Beautiful whiteflesh fish grilled to perfection and chopped right on the grill pan, stuffed in warm tortillas, drizzled with a flavorful Lime Creme' sauce and finished with a fresh Baja style slaw.....Mmmmmmmmmm Good !!!!

Ingredients
- 4 medium fish fillet's such as (tilapia, blue hake, the hake is delicious)
- 1 package shredded slaw mix
- 1 bottle kraft chipotle mango dressing&marinade
- 2 medium fresh lime
- 2 tablespoons chipotle chili powder
- 6 medium soft tortilla (taco size)
- BAJA LIME CREME' SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 medium lime juiced
- 1 tablespoon diced cilantro
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
How To Make "baja chipotle" grilled fish tacos

Step 1marinate your fish in the kraft chipotle mango dressing & marinade 2-3 hours if possible. When marinated sprinkle with chipotle chile powder and fresh lime juice, place on a pre-heated stove top grill pan, 4 minutes per side. take your spatula and chopped the grilled fish and continue cooking 2 more minutes. Push to back of grill pan and add tortilla's to warm.

Step 2mix all ingredients for th Baja Lime Creme' sauce and let stand, place cabbage in medium bowl, squeeze fresh lime juice over the top, sprinkle with chipotle chili powder and add 1 tbs mayo mix well and let stand. serve fish on warm tortillas top with Lime creme' sauce and finish with the slaw mixture, plate and serve
