Asian Salmon with Rice

Ingredients

4salmon portions
-
2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

2 Tbsprice vinegar
-
2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar, light
-
2 cloveminced garlic
-
1 pinchblack pepper
-
2 Tbspminced onion
-
1 Tbspsesame oil
-
FOR RICE
-
2 crice, long grain
-
Tbspdill weed
-
4 cwater
How to Make Asian Salmon with Rice
- Whisk all of the ingredients for the marinade together. Cut several small slashes in each salmon portion.
- Place the salmon in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon. Cover with saran wrap and refridgerate for 1-2 hours.
- Bake salmon (uncovered) at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
- While the salmon is cooking, make the rice according to package directions and add the dill at the same time you add the rice to the boiling water.
- Serve salmon over rice and pour any left over marinade from the baking dish on top.
