This is an authentic asian recipe from a friend of mine. This is by far my favorite salmon dish. Yum!

Ingredients
- 4 - salmon portions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, light
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- FOR RICE
- 2 cups rice, long grain
- tablespoon dill weed
- 4 cups water
How To Make asian salmon with rice

Step 1Whisk all of the ingredients for the marinade together. Cut several small slashes in each salmon portion.

Step 2Place the salmon in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon. Cover with saran wrap and refridgerate for 1-2 hours.

Step 3Bake salmon (uncovered) at 350 degrees for 30 mins.

Step 4While the salmon is cooking, make the rice according to package directions and add the dill at the same time you add the rice to the boiling water.

Step 5Serve salmon over rice and pour any left over marinade from the baking dish on top.
