Being from Hawaii I love any kind & all sea food. I mostly love fish. I love it fried, baked & raw. This recipe is best served cold & raw. So good I can eat this all day long.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh ahi tuna "blue fin tuna" cubed
- 1 small onion , thinly sliced
- 3-4 - green onions , sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger fresh & minced
- 1 teaspoon hawaiian sea salt "rock salt"
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
- - shoyu "soy sauce" to taste
How To Make ahi poke

Step 1Frist cut Ahi into bite size cubes & place in a medium bowl.

Step 2Next add in the other ingredients.

Step 3Then refrigerate for a couple hours.
