Sometimes I just want something easy and delish.This casserole is something like a custard. But I think you will like the combination.
I use just white meat most of the time. I hope you enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    diced cooked chicken [i use white meat only]
  • 3 large
    eggs,well beaten
  • 3 c
    milk, [i use half and half]
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    minced onions
  • 1/2 c
    minced green pepper
  • 1 3/4 c
    canned whole kernal corn drained.

How to Make Zelda's Chicken and Corn Pudding

Step-by-Step

  1. Place Chicken in greased casserole dish. Beat eggs,milk and flour in bowl, and add salt, pepper, onion, green peppers and corn. Pour over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or longer-until custard is set and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
