How To Make yummy white chicken chili
-
Step 1In crock pot add all chicken broth. Cut chicken into bit size pieces and add to crock pot. Chop onion and add along with all spices to crock. Let cook on high for 1 hour so chicken will cook.
-
Step 2While waiting for the chicken to cook, drain all beans, rinse and set aside. Drain diced tomatoes by half the can, not all the juice.
-
Step 3After 1 hour add beans, tomatoes, corn, and green chilies. Let cook in crock for 5 more hours on high then enjoy! Serve bowl of chili topped with a dollop of sour cream and shredded Monterrey jack cheese. If you like it a little bit spicier add jalapeno, but I find it doesn't need it. Enjoy!
