In the summer time, we love our home grown garden veggies. One of my family favorites is made with yellow squash. This dish goes a long way. Make up 2 & freeze one for another meal!

Ingredients
- 2 boxes stuffing mix, chicken
- 1 - chop onion
- 1 bunch celery stalk
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 6 dashes sage, dried seasoning
- 2 dashes poultry seasoning
- 3 lg. cans chicken breast
- - salt & pepper to taste.
- 5-6 - yellow croked neck squash
- 2-3 - fresh eggs, raw
How To Make yummy squash casserole

Step 1Cut squash into bite size pieces Boil till tender in sauce pan.Drain when tender. Set aside.

Step 2In a small sauce pan, melt butter then add celery & onion. Boil till tender.

Step 3In a 13 x 9 baking dish or cake pan, spray with non-stick spray.

Step 4Dump stuffing in pan, add eggs, 1/2 chopped onion,sage & poultry seasoning.Blend together with hands.

Step 5Add celery with onion, squash, and chicken. Last, add diluted soup with milk.

Step 6Mix altogether by hand, add salt & pepper, pop into the oven set at 350 for 35 minutes, or until done.
