Yummy Squash Casserole

In the summer time, we love our home grown garden veggies. One of my family favorites is made with yellow squash. This dish goes a long way. Make up 2 & freeze one for another meal!
Ingredients

2 boxstuffing mix, chicken

1chop onion
-
1 bunchcelery stalk
-
1 can(s)cream chicken soup
-
2 can(s)chicken broth
-
6 dash(es)sage, dried seasoning
-
2 dash(es)poultry seasoning
-
3 lg. can(s)chicken breast
-
·salt & pepper to taste.

5-6yellow croked neck squash
-
2-3fresh eggs, raw
How to Make Yummy Squash Casserole
- Cut squash into bite size pieces Boil till tender in sauce pan.Drain when tender. Set aside.
- In a small sauce pan, melt butter then add celery & onion. Boil till tender.
- In a 13 x 9 baking dish or cake pan, spray with non-stick spray.
- Dump stuffing in pan, add eggs, 1/2 chopped onion,sage & poultry seasoning.Blend together with hands.
- Add celery with onion, squash, and chicken.
Last, add diluted soup with milk. - Mix altogether by hand, add salt & pepper, pop into the oven set at 350 for 35 minutes, or until done.
