WW Chicken Stroganoff

I believe this is around 3 or 4 points. I added some Mrs. Dash seasonings. My family didn't know it was Weight Watchers.

1 Tbsp
oil plus 1 teaspoon divided
1 to 1 1/2
boneless skinless chicken breasts, slice into 1/2 in. pieces
2 c
mushrooms sliced (use fresh)
1 c
onion sliced
1 c
chicken brother low sodium
2 tsp
3 Tbsp
fat free sour cream i used a couple more tablespoons to make it creamier
1 tsp
red wine vinegar
1 tsp
dijon mustard
additional seasoning you prefer


1In a skillet, heat 2 tsp. oil and add chicken. Cook over medium-high heat until brown. Remove chicken and set aside.
2In same skillet, heat remaining oil, I only needed to add about 1 tsp., and add mushroom and onion. Cook until onions are golden brown, liquid should be evaporated.
3In a bowl, whisk flour and broth until flour is dissolved. Add to skillet with onions and mushrooms. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer about 10 mins. or until slightly thickened.
4Stir in chicken, this is when I added my preferred seasonsing. I used Mrs. Dash italian blend but use what you like! Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, red wine vinegar and mustard.
