I believe this is around 3 or 4 points. I added some Mrs. Dash seasonings. My family didn't know it was Weight Watchers.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil plus 1 teaspoon divided
  • 1 to 1 1/2 - boneless skinless chicken breasts, slice into 1/2 in. pieces
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced (use fresh)
  • 1 cup onion sliced
  • 1 cup chicken brother low sodium
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons fat free sour cream i used a couple more tablespoons to make it creamier
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • - additional seasoning you prefer

How To Make ww chicken stroganoff

  • Step 1
    In a skillet, heat 2 tsp. oil and add chicken. Cook over medium-high heat until brown. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • Step 2
    In same skillet, heat remaining oil, I only needed to add about 1 tsp., and add mushroom and onion. Cook until onions are golden brown, liquid should be evaporated.
  • Step 3
    In a bowl, whisk flour and broth until flour is dissolved. Add to skillet with onions and mushrooms. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer about 10 mins. or until slightly thickened.
  • Step 4
    Stir in chicken, this is when I added my preferred seasonsing. I used Mrs. Dash italian blend but use what you like! Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, red wine vinegar and mustard.
