PLACE DRY INGREDIENTS IN PLASTIC BAG AS FOLLOWS:
3 tspseasoned salt
2 Tspgarlic salt
WASH AND DRY WINGS ON PAPER TOWEL
25 wingsapprox 25 chicken wings & drumetts. (discard tips) or boil to make chicken soup broth. waste not want not!!
SAUCE; MIX WELL AND TOSS WITH CHICKEN AFTER BROWNING.
2 Corange marmalade jam
1/2 Csoy sauce
3/4 tspground ginger

- In Large Plastic re-sealable Bag, Place all the Dry ingredients; Flour Seasoning salt, Garlic salt, and shake well to mix.
Add Chicken several pieces at a time , shake to coat well.
- In Skillet; Heat Your Oil to Med hi, Brown your wings; and Drain Oil.
Place Chicken back in your Skillet.
- Mix together;
Marmalade, Ketchup Soy, and Ginger.
Pour over your wings in the skillet, Toss to coat well.
- Cover and continue cooking over Reduced heat, (Med Low heat) for 10-15 min.
