wild mushroom and chicken penne

This is from the restaurant, Green Mill, and is my favorite dish there. I have been looking for the recipe for quite a while, and just found it, so I haven't even tried it myself yet. Please let me know what you think!

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces cooked penne pasta
  • 4+ ounces portabella mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 ounces garlic cream sauce
  • 4 ounces marsala wine
  • 10 ounces marinated chicken
  • 2 teaspoons 80/20 oil blend
  • 2+ teaspoons jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons tomato bruschetta mix
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
  • - salt & pepper

How To Make wild mushroom and chicken penne

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in saute pan. Add chicken and Jamaican jerk seasoning to pan and saute until firm (4 minutes).
  • Step 2
    Add mushrooms and saute until tender.
  • Step 3
    Deglaze the pan with the Marsala. Add the garlic cream sauce and salt & pepper. Mix well. Toss in the cooked penne noodles.
  • Step 4
    Garnish with parmesan, bruschetta and parsley.
