I was amazed when I plugged all the vegetarian ingredients into my calorie counter and it came out with almost 700 calories per serving! So I added meat, left out the rice, veggies and beans and lo-and-behold its only 482 calories per serving and its So sinfully good you feel like you're cheating on your diet! Very filling, serve with a salad if desired. YUM!
