This is one of my favorite winter soups. It is easy to make and packed with lots of flavor.

Ingredients
- 9 cups chicken broth
- 1 - yellow onion chopped
- 10 ounces can of rotel tomatoes
- 4 1/2 ounces can of chopped green chilies
- 2 cans 15 oz great northern beans
- 2 teaspoons dried cumin
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- GARNISHES
- - shredded monterrey jack cheese
- - sour cream
- - fresh cilantro
How To Make white chicken chili

Step 1Mix together first 8 ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add chicken and cook until heated through. Spoon into bowls; garnish with cheese, sour cream and cilantro. Serve with cornbread.
