This is one of my favorite winter soups. It is easy to make and packed with lots of flavor.

  • 9 c
    chicken broth
  • 1
    yellow onion chopped
  • 10 oz
    can of rotel tomatoes
  • 4 1/2 oz
    can of chopped green chilies
  • 2 can(s)
    15 oz great northern beans
  • 2 tsp
    dried cumin
  • 2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 3 c
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced

  • ·
    shredded monterrey jack cheese
  • ·
    sour cream
  • ·
    fresh cilantro

How to Make White Chicken Chili


  1. Mix together first 8 ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add chicken and cook until heated through. Spoon into bowls; garnish with cheese, sour cream and cilantro. Serve with cornbread.
