white chicken chili
This is based on a recipe I got off the can of chicken chunks. I prefer green chile sauce to red picante salsa. My 9-yr-old son had the idea of putting corn in, but all I had was creamed corn. It worked great! We ate this with red seedless grapes. Delish!

- 1 can chicken chunks, 13 oz undrained
- 1 can navy beans, 16 oz undrained
- 1 can green chile sauce, 10 oz
- 1 can creamed corn, 16 oz
- 1 package taco seasoning
- - cumin to taste

Step 1Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly.

Step 2Toppings/mix-ins: grated cheese broken up tortilla chips sour cream (or plain yogurt) pickled jalapenos hot sauce
