I acquired this recipe while working as a leader for Weight Watchers. I love anything "white", white chili, white lasagna etc; so I knew the first time I made it that it would be a favorite! Very quick and easy!

Ingredients
- 48 ounces great northern beans
- 2 cups chicken broth, non-fat
- 4 cups diced, cooked chicken breast
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, low-fat
How To Make weight watcher's white chicken chili

Step 1May use pre-cooked chicken or spend the time pre-cooking your own. Don't overcook or it will dry out as it continues to cook in the crock pot. Season chicken as you like.

Step 2Combine all the ingredients in crock pot on low for 4-6 hours.

Step 3May use mild, medium or hot salsa depending on your preference. I use medium and it's not too hot for most people. Serve with cornbread or tortilla chips.
