1 cmozzarella cheese, low-fat
How to Make Weight Watcher's White Chicken Chili
- May use pre-cooked chicken or spend the time pre-cooking your own. Don't overcook or it will dry out as it continues to cook in the crock pot. Season chicken as you like.
- Combine all the ingredients in crock pot on low for 4-6 hours.
- May use mild, medium or hot salsa depending on your preference. I use medium and it's not too hot for most people. Serve with cornbread or tortilla chips.
