Got this one when I thought I could loose weight and went to weight watchers. Without the rice or pasta this dish is 4 points plus without black beans

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken ( i use thighs)
  • 1 large jar of fat free chunky salsa
  • 1 medium can of black beans rinsed (opt.)

How To Make weight watchers salasa chicken

  • Step 1
    Put everything in crockpot. Set on low and let cook for 6-8 hours.
  • Step 2
    Serves well with pasta or rice.
