Got this one when I thought I could loose weight and went to weight watchers. Without the rice or pasta this dish is 4 points plus without black beans

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    boneless skinless chicken ( i use thighs)
  • 1 large
    jar of fat free chunky salsa
  • 1 medium
    can of black beans rinsed (opt.)

How to Make WEIGHT WATCHERS SALASA CHICKEN

Step-by-Step

  1. Put everything in crockpot. Set on low and let cook for 6-8 hours.
  2. Serves well with pasta or rice.
