  • 2 large
    yellow apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 3/4 c
    walnuts, coursely crushed
  • 2 c
    cooked, seasoned chicken breast, cut up into chunks
  • ·
    mayo, to taste

How to Make Waldorf Chicken Salad


  1. peel & dice apples, toss with lemon juice
  2. crush walnuts in a plastic bag, toss into apple mixture
  3. toss in chicken
  4. add mayo one blob at a time, toss well before adding anymore.
  5. serve with crackers or on a roll, or over a bed of lettuce
