- 2 large yellow apples, peeled and diced
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup walnuts, coursely crushed
- 2 cups cooked, seasoned chicken breast, cut up into chunks
- - mayo, to taste
How To Make waldorf chicken salad

Step 1peel & dice apples, toss with lemon juice

Step 2crush walnuts in a plastic bag, toss into apple mixture

Step 3toss in chicken

Step 4add mayo one blob at a time, toss well before adding anymore.
