Vicky's Chicken Marinade
Too easy to make chicken really delicious.
- 2 Tbsp
- melted butter
- 1/2 c
- chopped green onion
- 1 c
- white wine (cooking or other)
- 3-lb chicken
How to Make Vicky's Chicken Marinade
- 1Mix all ingredients in heavy duty zip lock plastic bag and marinate for 2 hours in the fridge -- can be left longer if desired. Make sure all chicken pieces are coated.
- 2Bake 350 F for about 50 minutes, or until done
- 3Can be served with two vegetable sides for a healthy meal.
