vicky's chicken marinade
I got this chicken recipe from my friend Vicky Norton-Strong also in the mid to late 70's. Too easy to make chicken really delicious. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup white wine (cooking or other)
- dash - rosemary
- 1 - 3-lb chicken
How To Make vicky's chicken marinade

Step 1Mix all ingredients in heavy duty zip lock plastic bag and marinate for 2 hours in the fridge -- can be left longer if desired. Make sure all chicken pieces are coated.

Step 2Bake 350 F for about 50 minutes, or until done

Step 3Can be served with two vegetable sides for a healthy meal.
