In haste, I accidentally grabbed the bottle of vinegar instead of the EVOO. I poured the vinegar into the hot iron fry pan. When I heard it sizzle and saw it disipate, I knew I had made a mistake. Uh Ohh! Next I added the EVOO to saute the diced onion. Great recovery. UhOhh, I added one can of chicken and water to the cup of cooked rice. UhOhh, the rice proved not to be sufficient to absorb the broth. Uh Ohh, Now, more brown rice followed with 1/2 bag of frozen vegetables.UhOhh The chicken broth necessitated adding more cooked brown rice. UhOhh add another can of chicken. It's 'fool proof'!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 large diced onion
  • 2 large 2 large cans of store brand chunky chicken in water
  • 8 cups 8 cups boiled brown rice
  • 1/2 BAG FROZEN STORE BRAND CALIFORNIA MIXED VEGETABLES (BROCCOLI, CALIFLOWER, CAROTTS)
  • 3 dashes sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 2 pinches hot crushed pepper
  • 1/2 cup evoo
  • MISTAKES CAN MAKE A DELICIOUS MEAL. WE LIKED UHOH LOTS

How To Make uh ohh chicken

  • Step 1
    Pour Balsamic vinegar into hot cast iron fry pan until it stops bubbling
  • Step 2
    Add 1/2 EVOO and saute diced onion, Save the remainder to drizzle when completing and tossing at the end
  • Step 3
    Add cooked brown rice
  • Step 4
    Add the 2 large cans of store brand canned chicken and water. Mix and mix (I used a wooden spoon) until the mixture is tired
  • Step 5
    Add 1/2 bag of store brand frozen California mix vegetables
  • Step 6
    Add sea salt, fresh ground pepper and crushed hot pepper seeds
  • Step 7
    Drizzle cold pressed extra virgin oil twice around the top
