Not the original recipe I made changes to the original Tuscon chicken recipe. Will be good with roasted potatoes or over Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 3-4 chicken breast filets
- 1/4 cup complete seasoning
- 3 tablespoons brummel & brown butter
- 3 cloves garlic chopped finely
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 8 ounces heavy cream
- 1 - shallots
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
How To Make tuscan chicken

Step 1Heat iron skillet to searing temperature. Cover chicken with complete seasoning and cook on each side for three minutes. Once seared place chicken on cooking sheet and place in a toaster oven at 350 for 30 minutes.

Step 2minutes. In a large skillet place Brummel & Brown in the pan to melt. Once melted add Garlic and let brown slightly to allow the aroma to permeate the air.

Step 3allow the aroma to permeate the air. Then add the cherry.tomatoes, Shallot, cook until tomatoes start to burst. Add spinach and let wilt. Then add basil and parsley

Step 4When thoroughly cooked add the heavy cream and the parmesan cheese cook until cheese is melted.

Step 5Place chicken on a platter and cover with the sauce. Add the left over sauce to a bowl and serve on the side.
