Not the original recipe I made changes to the original Tuscon chicken recipe. Will be good with roasted potatoes or over Pasta

  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 3-4
    chicken breast filets
  • 1/4 c
    complete seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp
    brummel & brown butter
  • 3 clove
    garlic chopped finely
  • 1 c
    cherry tomatoes
  • 2 c
    baby spinach
  • 8 oz
    heavy cream
  • 1
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese grated

How to Make Tuscan Chicken


  1. Heat iron skillet to searing temperature. Cover chicken with complete seasoning and cook on each side for three minutes. Once seared place chicken on cooking sheet and place in a toaster oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
  2. minutes. In a large skillet place Brummel & Brown in the pan to melt. Once melted add Garlic and let brown slightly to allow the aroma to permeate the air.
  3. allow the aroma to permeate the air. Then add the cherry.tomatoes, Shallot, cook until tomatoes start to burst. Add spinach and let wilt. Then add basil and parsley
  4. When thoroughly cooked add the heavy cream and the parmesan cheese cook until cheese is melted.
  5. Place chicken on a platter and cover with the sauce. Add the left over sauce to a bowl and serve on the side.
