This is a good recipe for chicken when you're tired of the same ole thing. My sister-in-law made this once and I really enjoyed it. Hope you do as well :)

    boneless skinless breasts
  • 1/4 c
    white wine
  • 1
    red onion sliced
  • 1 to 3 clove
    garlic
  • 4 sprig(s)
    bay leaves
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • ·
    chicken broth

How to Make TUSCAN CHICKEN

Step-by-Step

  1. HEAT OIL IN SKILLET/BROWN CHICKEN
    TRANSFER TO PLATE
  2. ADD OIL IF NEEDED
    SAUTE ONION/GARLIC
  3. ADD WINE/CHICKEN BROTH/BAY LEAVES
    ADD ARTICHOKS
    ADD CHICKEN
  4. COVER AND SIMMER 40MINS
    SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE
