This is a good recipe for chicken when you're tired of the same ole thing. My sister-in-law made this once and I really enjoyed it. Hope you do as well :)

  • 1 jar mariated artichocks (drain juice)
  • 1 package boneless skinless breasts
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 - red onion sliced
  • 1 to 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 sprigs bay leaves
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • - chicken broth

How To Make tuscan chicken

  • Step 1
    HEAT OIL IN SKILLET/BROWN CHICKEN TRANSFER TO PLATE
  • Step 2
    ADD OIL IF NEEDED SAUTE ONION/GARLIC
  • Step 3
    ADD WINE/CHICKEN BROTH/BAY LEAVES ADD ARTICHOKS ADD CHICKEN
  • Step 4
    COVER AND SIMMER 40MINS SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE
