Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- - mix together and chill.
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 cup cake flour
- - mix together and set aside.
- 1/4 cup minced white onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cups shredded cooked dark turkey meat
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 tablespoon paprika
- - 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- - 1 egg white, beaten with 1 tbsp water
- 2 tablespoons oil
How To Make turkey nuggets with honey mustard

Step 1In a small skillet over medium heat, cook onions in oil until softened, About 2 min.

Step 2In bowl mix onions, turkey, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, 2 eggs, and milk.

Step 3Blend with fingers until mixture holds together.

Step 4Mold into 2-inch nuggets.

Step 5Place on tray and refrigerate 10 minutes.

Step 6Dip nuggets into egg/water mixture.

Step 7Coat with seasonings.

Step 8Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet to medium.

Step 9Brown nuggets on all sides.

Step 10Serve with Honey-Mustard on side.
