How to Make Tiffany Chicken
- take a large (12-14 in) skillet and spray the non stick spray on the pan. heat the pan with a medium/high heat.
- cut up all breasts of chicken into 1/2in cubes. set aside.
Dice garlic. Add garlic to pan.
Once browned add chicken.
When the chicken has been lightly browned on all sides, cover with water.
Add lemon juice (and tarragon, and honey if desired).
- keep on medium/highheat until all water is gone.
