- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- - non stick spray
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 teaspoons tarragon (optional)
- 3 tablespoons honey (optional)
How To Make tiffany chicken

Step 1take a large (12-14 in) skillet and spray the non stick spray on the pan. heat the pan with a medium/high heat.

Step 2cut up all breasts of chicken into 1/2in cubes. set aside. Dice garlic. Add garlic to pan. Once browned add chicken. When the chicken has been lightly browned on all sides, cover with water. Add lemon juice (and tarragon, and honey if desired).

Step 3keep on medium/highheat until all water is gone. then serve.
