this is great with pasta or couscous or quinoa warm, or salad cold. or used in pot pie.
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- non stick spray
- 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice
- 1 clove
- 2 tsp
- tarragon (optional)
- 3 Tbsp
- honey (optional)
Dice garlic. Add garlic to pan.
Once browned add chicken.
When the chicken has been lightly browned on all sides, cover with water.
Add lemon juice (and tarragon, and honey if desired).
