1/2 c*thrive life freeze dried chopped chicken,
·break chicken pieces into smaller sizes
1/16 cthrive life freeze dried onions, chopped,
1/8 cfreeze dried celery, chopped
1/4 cthrive life freeze dried red seedless grapes
How to Make Thrive Life Chicken Salad on a cracker for one
- To prepare:
Add 1/4 cold water and stir. Add another (up to) 1/4 cup of water, depending on the consistency you desire. Let sit for 10 minutes to refresh. Stir and check that all is refreshed. Drain extra water if needed and add 2 or 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise to your liking and mix.
Spoon on your crackers and eat.
(*Thrive Life meats are precooked and then freeze dried)
- Take for lunch: Just take along 2 or 3 mayonnaise packets, crackers, spoon and a water bottle and of course your container of freeze dried chicken salad.
- You can substitute the grapes for Thrive Life freeze dried apples. (if you add other ingredients that are not freeze dried, like walnuts, do not put into your container until you are ready to eat.)
Note: Your air tight containers will keep in cupboard for a few months. It is simple to make and just eat one at a time.
