This recipe is so simple, but it is by far the BEST grilled chicken I've ever eaten in my life. And I've grilled a lot of chicken. The meat is so moist, so flavorful, and so good for you....so Dr. Oz's says! Thigh meat really is good for you!!

Ingredients
- - *boneless, skinless chicken thighs (alot of them)
- 1 bottle mrs. dash marinade-mesquite grille
- - bbq sauce, opt.
How To Make the ultimate grilled chicken

Step 1Place your chicken thighs in a gallon zip lock bag, pour one bottle of Mrs. Dash Mesquite Grille marinade in, add a little water to bottle and shake to get allllll the marinade out. Add to bag. Step 2Refrigerate at least 24 hr. Turn bag over once during marinating.

Step 3Place chicken on a med. heat grill. Cook approx. 10 min. per side. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness if needed. This cooks really quickly and is best when cooked till done, but not over cooked.
