Ingredients
- 1 package taste of thai noodles 8.8oz
- 1-2 medium zucchini- cubed
- 1 medium red bell pepper- diced
- 1 medium green bell pepper-diced
- 1 medium onion-diced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound chicken-cooked and shredded
- 2 dashes garlic parsley salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make thai style rice noodles with chicken and veggies

Step 1In a large bowl, soak noodles for 15 min. See package directions.

Step 2Meanwhile, Stir fry Veggies over medium/high heat, in Olive Oil and Butter in large skillet . Season liberally. Toss and coat.

Step 3After soaking 15 min, Drain and rinse and drain again. Add noodles back into skillet. Toss to coat. Add more Soy sauce if needed.
