Pan Fry


  • 1 pkg
    taste of thai noodles 8.8oz
  • 1-2 medium
    zucchini- cubed
  • 1 medium
    red bell pepper- diced
  • 1 medium
    green bell pepper-diced
  • 1 medium
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 lb
    chicken-cooked and shredded
  • 2 dash(es)
    garlic parsley salt
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Thai Style Rice Noodles with Chicken and Veggies


  1. In a large bowl, soak noodles for 15 min. See package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, Stir fry Veggies over medium/high heat, in Olive Oil and Butter in large skillet . Season liberally. Toss and coat.
  3. After soaking 15 min, Drain and rinse and drain again. Add noodles back into skillet. Toss to coat. Add more Soy sauce if needed.
