teryaki cabbage with chicken
This was meant as a new spin on my other cabbage recipes, and a way to use up the extra sauce in my fridge. I never expected anyone but myself to like it (my fiance doesn't like soy or teryaki much) and I actually had a hard time keeping it around long enough to have any myself! This stuff is AMAZING. I have been instructed to never make a single batch again, and I MUST double, if not triple, the recipe from now on. ;)

Ingredients
- 1 - head of cabbage
- 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup teryaki sauce
How To Make teryaki cabbage with chicken

Step 1Cut Cabbage into large bite-sized pieces, set aside.

Step 2Simmer chicken in chicken broth, soy & teryaki sauces until fully cooked. Remove from pan, set aside.

Step 3Add cabbage to pan, cooking until almost soft. Meanwhile, shred chicken.

Step 4Serve alone or over cooked chow mein noodles, fried or white rice.
