Teryaki Cabbage with Chicken
I never expected anyone but myself to like it (my fiance doesn't like soy or teryaki much) and I actually had a hard time keeping it around long enough to have any myself! This stuff is AMAZING. I have been instructed to never make a single batch again, and I MUST double, if not triple, the recipe from now on. ;)
- head of cabbage
- 3 large
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 c
- chicken broth
- 1/4 c
- soy sauce
- 1/4 c
- teryaki sauce
How to Make Teryaki Cabbage with Chicken
- 1Cut Cabbage into large bite-sized pieces, set aside.
- 3Add cabbage to pan, cooking until almost soft.
Meanwhile, shred chicken.
- 4Serve alone or over cooked chow mein noodles, fried or white rice.
