Ingredients
- 3 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 3 - garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
- 1 bunch broccoli florets, fresh
- 1 can baby corn spears, drained
- - salt/pepper to taste

Step 1cut Chicken breasts in bite sized chunks, in a large plastic bag..marinade with the teriyaki sauce & smashed garlic cloves at least 1 hour or even better over night.

Step 2In a wok...heat the oil, on high heat place the marinaded chicken breast...toss a few minutes, then put in the broccoli florets & Baby Corn...cover and cook another 10 mins on medium..... toss in the sesame seeds and add salt & pepper to taste.

Step 3serve with Jasmine rice....YUMMY
