    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 3
    garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 c
    teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola or vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch
    broccoli florets, fresh
  • 1 can(s)
    baby corn spears, drained
  • ·
    salt/pepper to taste

How to Make Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry w/ Broccoli & Baby Corn


  1. cut Chicken breasts in bite sized chunks, in a large plastic bag..marinade with the teriyaki sauce & smashed garlic cloves at least 1 hour or even better over night.
  2. In a wok...heat the oil, on high heat place the marinaded chicken breast...toss a few minutes, then put in the broccoli florets & Baby Corn...cover and cook another 10 mins on medium..... toss in the sesame seeds and add salt & pepper to taste.
  3. serve with Jasmine rice....YUMMY
