I love this! Both chicken or pork chops go great with all kinds of sides and veggies!

Ingredients

  • - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless or boneless pork chops
  • - olive oil
  • - salt
  • - pepper
  • - garlic powder
  • - teriyaki marinade
  • - caned pineapple slices

How To Make teriyaki chicken or pork chops

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven on broiler setting.
  • Step 2
    Place chicken breast or pork chops in a large mixing bowl. Add just enough olive oil to coat the meat. Season with a little salt, pepper, garlic powder. Stir to get both sides of all the pieces covered. Then place meat on baking sheet or broiler pan.
  • Step 3
    Broil breast or chops for 4 or 5 minutes on each side then spread a teaspoon of teriyaki marinade on the top of each and place a single pineapple slice on top of marinade and broil for another 4 to 5 minutes until lighty browned or slightly chared.
