Ingredients

4 largechicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

TEQUILA LIME MARINADE

1/2 oztequila
-
2 Tbsplime peel, grated

1/4 climes, juiced
-
1/4 colive or vegetable oil
-
2 Tbsp,cilantro, fresh, chopped

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspsugar
-
1 smalljalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
-
1 clovegarlic, finely chopped
How to Make Tequila Chili-Lime Grilled Chicken
- Make marinade by mixing all ingredients in shallow glass or plastic or resealable plastic bag.
- Flatten each chicken breast to 1/4 inch thickness, between sheets of plastic wrap or wax paper. Add chicken to marinade.
- Cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 24 hours. Remove chicken from marinade; discard remaining marinade.
- Cover and grill chicken 4-6 inches from medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is no longer pink.
