Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, choppd
- 1 cup frozen mixd veggies, thawd (peas n carrots)
- 1 cup potato, peeld n choppd (i nuked mine for 2 min in a plate coverd with plastic wrap)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme, fresh. and 1 tsp of blk. pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons chicken boullion powder (or cubes)
- 2 cups chicken, cookd n cubed
- 1 - frozen pie crust (optional)
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste (or a minced clove of garlic)

Step 1IN A LARGE PAN MELT BUTTER N SAUTÉ ONIONS N GARLIC PASTE (OR MINCED GARLIC) THEN ADD FROZEN VEGGIES.

Step 2ADD COOKED POTATOES ALONG WITH THYME. ADD FLOUR N COOK FOR A MINUTE OR TWO.

Step 3ADD MILK N CHICKEN BOULLION N BLACK PEPPR...STIR CONSTANTLY UNTIL MIXTURE COMES TO A SIMMER...MIX IN COOKD CHICKEN.

Step 4SPOON MIXTURE INTO A FROZEN PIE CRUST AND/OR CASSEROLE DISH (MAY HAVE ENOUGH FOR BOTH ;) TOP WITH FROZEN TATER TOTS PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 N BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL TATER TOTS GET TOASTY...ENJOY ;)
