  • 1-1/2 lb
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless-cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2
    celery stalks,chopped
  • 2 large
  • 1 c
    frozen peas
  • 6 c
    cooked white rice
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 large
  • 1/2 c
    cashews, unsalted

How to Make Tasty Chinese Chicken Fried Rice


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and saute until soft, then add chicken and 2 tablespoons soy sauce and stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  2. Stir in carrots, celery,peas and cashews for another 5 min.Then add rice nd stir thoroughly. Finally, stir in raw,scrambled eggs and 1/3 cup soy sauce. Heat through and serve hot.
