8chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
1 can(s)6 oz. frozen orange juice, thawed
1/2 tspdry (ground) mustard
1/2 tsporange extract
How to Make Tangy Citrus Chicken
- Place chicken in Pam-sprayed large baking dish. Preheat oven to 350. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients well.
- Pour half of citrus mixture over the chicken. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Turn chicken and pour remaining sauce on top. Bake 15 - 20 minutes longer until juices run clear.
