tangy chicken wings
I found myself browsing through some cookbooks and found this recipe. I didn't have chicken legs,so I used chicken wings instead. The house was filled with a fantastic aroma. Everyone loved the chicken because it has a different flavor.

Ingredients
- - 12 to 15 chicken legs ( used chicken wings)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make tangy chicken wings

Step 1Place chicken legs or chicken wings in 5-quart slow cooker.

Step 2Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, 1/4 cup water and ginger. Spoon sauce over the chicken.

Step 3Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours. Depending on the chicken parts used, the time will need to be adjusted. Just check to be sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
