- 4 - chicken breast
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 32 ounces reduced sodium, chicken stock
- 1 can corn
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can ro-tel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- - sour cream (optional)
- - shredded cheese (optional)
- - tortilla chips (optional)
How To Make taco soup in a crock pot

Step 1Open and drain the corn, black beans, and kidney beans. Combine all ingredients in a 6 qt crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Shred chicken and return to crock pot, mix and serve. If desired, top with sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips
