6boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1med-lrg jar salsa (about 24oz)

1 pkgtaco seasoning
How to Make Taco Chicken in the Crockpot
- Place chicken in crockpot.
- Combine the salsa and taco seasoning (if you have kids that don't like the "chunks" - just blend the two ingredients in the blender)
- Pour over chicken and cook on low for about 5.5 hours and then shred the chicken and cook for about an hour more.
- Add shredded cheese before serving, if desired.
- Serve over rice, or chips or in soft tacos or enchiladas. Freezes well too.
