Swiss Chicken

Donna Hansen

My mother used to make this all the time, I don't know where she came up with the name but it sure was delicious.
The original recipe is called "Swiss Steak" but to make it more leaner I fix it with chicken breasts instead, hence the name "Swiss Chicken".
