Ingredients
- 3/4 pound boneless, cubed chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup green pepper strips
- 1/2 cup red pepper strips
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup low-salt soy sauce
- 1-8-oz can chunk pineapple in juice
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- - brown rice, cooked
How To Make sweet and sour chicken

Step 1Cook and stir chicken in 1 tb. hot olive oil in a large skillet until well browned. Add peppers; cook and stir 1-2 minutes. MIx cornstarch and soy sauce. Add to pan with pineapple and juice, vinegar, sugar and spices. Bring to a full boil. Sere over rice.
