The recipe takes less than an hour from start to finish. I've used the leftovers in tacos, salads, and omelets! You can prepare it in advance, stick it in the fridge covered and bake it when you get home...save you the 10 minutes prep time!!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange thighs in a 9x13 baking dish and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. You may want to move the chicken around a bit so that the pieces are covered on all sides.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until chicken is done! I serve this dish over white rice.
