Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh
- 2 cups cubed chicken
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced sweet red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion (red or sweet)
- 1 package 6 oz. lemon yogurt ( not greek)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large cantaloupe
How To Make summer berry chicken salad

Step 1put blueberries,chicken,celery,red pepper and onion in a bowl and toss together

Step 2mix yogurt,mayo,and salt together

Step 3drizzle sauce over chicken mixture and toss gently to coat

Step 4cut cantaloupe in halves,spoon chicken salad into cantaloupe half. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour before serving. You can garnish with parsley or mint sprig
