How to Make Stuffing topped oven fried chicken
- 1toast loaf of bread, tear into chunks and run through food processor with all spices
put in bowl, set aside
boil chicken until almost cooked through
drain, remove skin and set aside
- 2Combine eggs and half and half and wisk until blended.
Dip chicken pieces in milk/egg mix then into bread coating comletely.
Place on greased cookie sheets
Bake in 300* oven for 30-45 minutes
