This is my son's favorite! He doesn't know that he's eating onions and spinach... ;)

Ingredients

  • 1 package chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 bunch fresh pre washed spinach
  • 2 - plum tomatoes (red) sliced
  • 3 tablespoons cavender's greek seasoning (yellow label)
  • 1 stalk green onions ( washed and chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons dried celery flakes ( kroger brand)

How To Make stuffed my way chicken breast

  • Step 1
    Pre wash the chicken Split tops of chicken. Being careful not to cut all the way through. Season the breast with 2 tablespoons of Greek season. Take your fingers and make the splits open wide. This is your pocket for your stuffing.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, mix cream cheese, flakes, onion, spinach, tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of Greek Seasoning. Set aside. Pre heat oven for 350 degrees.
  • Step 3
    Place season chicken in a skillet. Put stuffing mix inside of each pocket. Bake on 350 degrees for 45 mins. ENJOY!!!!
