1Pre wash the chicken
Split tops of chicken. Being careful not to cut all the way through. Season the breast with 2 tablespoons of Greek season.
Take your fingers and make the splits open wide. This is your pocket for your stuffing.
2In a bowl, mix cream cheese, flakes, onion, spinach, tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of Greek Seasoning. Set aside.
Pre heat oven for 350 degrees.
3Place season chicken in a skillet. Put stuffing mix inside of each pocket.
Bake on 350 degrees for 45 mins.
