Stuffed MY WAY Chicken Breast
1 pkgchicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1 pkgcream cheese, room temperature
1 bunchfresh pre washed spinach
2plum tomatoes (red) sliced
3 Tbspcavender's greek seasoning (yellow label)
1 stalk(s)green onions ( washed and chopped)
3 Tbspdried celery flakes ( kroger brand)
How to Make Stuffed MY WAY Chicken Breast
- Pre wash the chicken
Split tops of chicken. Being careful not to cut all the way through. Season the breast with 2 tablespoons of Greek season.
Take your fingers and make the splits open wide. This is your pocket for your stuffing.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, flakes, onion, spinach, tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of Greek Seasoning. Set aside.
Pre heat oven for 350 degrees.
