1 Tbspgarlic minced
1 1/2 tspfresh ginger minced or grated fine
1 mediumonion chopped small or minced
1 1/2 cblack beans
1 1/2 ccorn
1 lbbaby carrots
1 1/2 cyellow squash
1 1/2 czucchini
1 lbchicken, turkey, pork or beef cubed
8 cboiled rice
2 Tbspcanola oil
How to Make Stir Fried Rice American Alternative
- Over medium to medium high heat ( depending on stove temp. since most stoves variate in temperatures )Saute garlic, onion, ginger in 2 Tbsp canola oil until half sweated in a ex large or chicken fryer skillet.
- Add corn, black beans, zucchini, yellow squash & baby carrots & cover with lid. Allow to steam with above ingredients.
- In separate fry pan brown meat of choice until just done, clear running juices a must.
Once meat is finished, add to veggies listed above. Make sure all is combined well w/o mushing the veggies.
- Alternative veggies can be used such as Broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms & peppers.
