2Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup lemon juice to make sauce. Turn chicken, then cover with sauce. Bake an additional 30 minutes, or until chicken is fork-tender and no pink remains. Spoon sauce over chicken again and serve.
