Ingredients
- 6 - chicken filets, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon five-spice powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
How To Make sticky chicken

Step 1Place chicken into a ceramic dish in a single layer. Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic and five-spice powder. Pour over chicken. Turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over high heat. Add peanut oil. In frying pan, cook chicken, in batches, for 1 minute each side or until golden.

Step 3Transfer to a baking tray. Brush with marinade. Bake for 5 minutes or until just cooked through.

Step 4Brush on sweet chili sauce. Return to oven for 2 more minutes.
