Spinach and Tomato Meatloaf
2 lbground chuck (for healthier dish use ground chicken or turkey)
1 can(s)fire roasted tomatoes, diced
8 ozcanned tomato sauce
3/4 citalian bread crumbs
3/4 pkgfrozen spinach (using frozen spinach will add moisture to the dish)
1/2 cbarbecue sauce
1/2 cparmesan cheese
How to Make Spinach and Tomato Meatloaf
- In a large mixing bowl add ground beef and eggs. Stir until eggs are beaten.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Place mixture in a greased meatloaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
- Drain excess grease before serving.
Ready to serve!
