I'm on a special diet and only can eat certain proteins. This is a great burger for any one on a diet! Very simple and even the kids will love it.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken breast
  • 1 cup chopped spinach, fresh
  • 1 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoe, not in oil
  • 1 cup cheese (optional) i used feta
  • 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning of your choice

How To Make spinach and sun-dried tomato burgers w/ feta cheese

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients in one bowl and make into 1 to 1 1/2 inch thick patties. Grill until no longer pink in the middle. Serve with all your favorite fixings!
