1The original recipe called for cubes of pork,veal, lamb and/or beef. Moving to a healthier option, most use chicken breast cut into one inch cubes
2Add other ingredients in order, stir well. Cover and refrigerate 24hrs. Stir at least 3 times during the marinating process
3Place 4-6 pieces on each skewer, grill 10 minutes max or until pink disappears. Add to the end of the skewer a piece of Italian bread, hand it over and tell your eager guests to wrap the bread around the skewers pulling meat into the bread and ENJOY!!
