    wheat flour
  • 1/2 c
    cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 3/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    cumin
  • 1 c
    buttermilk
  • 6
    chicken breasts
  • ·
    light looking spray

How to Make Spicy Oven-Fried Chicken (Diabetic)

Step-by-Step

  1. soak chicken in buttermilk for 1 hour
  2. combine flour through Cumin and blend tthen coat chicken both sides
  3. preheat oven 450 degrees place breaded chicken breasts on baking sheet spray chicken with cooking spray bake for 35 minutes turning after 20 minutes.
